Dual VT-30 turntables for a Bentleigh East driveway.
A residential development at Bentleigh East required two 4.5m Spacepark VT-30 turntables to support easier vehicle movement for each dwelling, with concrete-top provision and bi-directional operation built into the system.
Residential access, solved with two matched turntables.
For this two-dwelling project on Centre Road, Spacepark supplied and installed two VT-30 vehicle turntables, each specified at 4.5m diameter with 4,000kg live-load capacity and allowance for a 100mm concrete top by others. The turntables were designed to sit within the driveway layouts shown in the project drawings, giving each residence a dedicated turning solution and a cleaner forward-exit movement.
Forward-exit movement
The turntables help each driveway operate with a cleaner entry, rotate and exit sequence instead of relying on repeated reversing.
Concrete-top integration
The VT-30 units were specified with provision for a 100mm concrete top, allowing the turntables to sit naturally within the driveway finish.
